I've never had Oerbier.

My favorite Belgian is Trappiste Rochefort 10... yummy.

That's a good one too.

De Dolle, the guys who make this are a little more experimental than most breweries. It's quite a weird one this.

I suppose the best way to taste it is to go to the very end of Rou des Bouchers to this place called Delices et Caprices run by a swiss guy called Pierre. He organises belgian beer tasting sessions for dead cheap. Ask him to try some. ;)

Unfortunately I am a poor American and don't get to Belgium that often. Or ever. I bet the liquor store down the street could get it, they have all SORTS of weird Belgian beers.

Possibly they might. We only get Van Steenberge and Duvel Moortgat beers in Malta - luckily i'm on first name terms with the guy who imports them. :lol:

I've only been to Belgium twice so far though, just happened to luck out after a waiter in one pub told me about the place.
